What we provide. Beacon Lead Recovery, operated by Northwest Beacon Holdings, LLC, provides website and paid-advertising capture audits and related implementation services for business clients. Deliverables are written analyses and, where purchased, implementation of specific agreed fixes.
What we charge. Fees are stated above and quoted in US dollars before any work begins. One-time services (Audit, Recovery Sprint) are billed once, in advance. The Recovery Retainer bills monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date, with no cancellation fee. We do not enroll clients in recurring billing without their explicit purchase of a recurring plan.
Delivery. The Lead Leak Audit is delivered within 72 hours of receiving the information we need from you. The Recovery Sprint is delivered within 14 days of access being granted. If we are delayed, we will tell you.
What we don't promise. Dollar figures in our reports are estimates produced by a documented model using stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, or results. We do not guarantee any specific increase in leads, bookings, or income. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, sales process, market conditions, and competition.
Your responsibilities. You confirm you are authorized to request analysis of, and where applicable changes to, the website and advertising accounts involved. You agree not to use our deliverables to misrepresent third parties.
Confidentiality. Information you share with us about your business, spend, and performance is treated as confidential and is not shared with other clients or third parties except as needed to deliver the service, or as required by law.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
The 3x-or-free guarantee. If the Lead Leak Audit does not identify at least $3,750 per year in recoverable leaked lead value — three times the $1,250 fee — calculated using the actual figures you provide, we refund the full fee and you keep the analysis. To claim it, reply to your delivered report within 14 days and say so. No argument, no forms.
Before work begins. Cancel any time before we start and receive a 100% refund.
Recovery Sprint. If we have not completed the agreed fixes within 14 days of receiving access, you may cancel for a full refund of the implementation portion.
Recovery Retainer. Monthly and cancellable at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not prorate partial months.
How refunds are issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Disputes. If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] before filing a chargeback. We would rather refund you quickly than argue.
What we collect. Business contact information you give us (name, company, email, phone) and business performance figures you choose to share for the purpose of the audit. We do not collect consumer financial data.
Publicly available information. Our audits analyze information that is publicly accessible on your live website. We do not attempt to access private systems, password-protected areas, or any non-public data.
How we use it. Solely to deliver and improve the service you purchased, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by their privacy policy.
Your choices. Email us to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To stop receiving email from us, reply "unsubscribe" and we will remove you.
